How do I know what kind of equipment I should hire?
The equipment will depend on your level of skiing, the snow conditions, and your expectations. After a brief questionnaire, our team will advise you on the best equipment for you.
How do the bindings fit?
Our rental team will work out your bindings based on the result of the questionnaire.
When will I be refunded the hire fee?
Any unused hire fee will be refunded, in case of total closure of the station or injury (by submitting a medical report).
When would I have to pay the full cost of the equipment?
Only in cases of theft, loss or breakage (except for wear and tear as a result of proper use). Rates are correctly visible at the point of sale
How are products disinfected?
When products are returned to us, they are disinfected with solutions specially designed to eliminate odours and bacteria.
Can I hire equipment online?
Yes, you can reserve your equipment by contacting us. We will advise and assist you with your reservation and choosing your equipment correctly
When should I pick up my ski equipment?
You can pick it up from 4pm the day before your ski day.
Do you have a ski storage service?
We are at the foot of the slopes and store both your own or hire equipment. You can check our rates at the point of sale.
